Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
Custom and Photo Charms
Personalised and photo charms are made to order and require additional production time of 3–5 business days before shipping. Please allow for this when ordering for a specific date.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Use it to follow your parcel through to delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs, but we will always do our best to help.
Peak Periods
During peak gifting periods, we recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your required date to allow for increased carrier volumes. For custom or photo charms, allow 3 weeks.
